Appointment fields

Appointment fields allow you to collect additional, custom information for an appointment.

To create an appointment field, click:

  • Manage
  • Custom Fields
  • The Appointment tab
  • Then New appointment custom field

Here, you can select from various options using the drop-downs and toggles

The appointment Field can be filled out two ways:

  1. In-house when creating an appointment
  2. Online, when the customer books an appointment

1. IN HOUSE

When creating the appointment, the appointment field will appear in the Notes section

Once the appointment is saved, the appointment field will appear in the Custom Fields tab

2. ONLINE

The appointment field will then appear on the Confirm page of the mini site when a customer makes a booking.

All of your appointment Fields can be viewed on the Custom Fields page in the Appointment tab, where they can be:

  • Re-ordered
  • Edited, and
  • Deleted
