Upgrading from the free Classic iOS app to an Ovatu Pro account

We're thrilled that you're ready to upgrade from the free Ovatu iOS App to a Pro account!

Here's how to do that without losing your data

Step 1 - Backup your data

Open the Ovatu app you've been using and tap on Manage > Backup Data File > OK.

Then tap on Email Data File , enter your email address in the To field and email the data file to yourself.

Step 2 - Start Pro trial account

Visit ovatu.com and click on the Start Free Trial button to start a 30 day free trial of Ovatu Next:

Enter your name, business name and password and click on Create account.

When the 'Welcome to Ovatu, let's get you started!' pop up shows, click on the X in the top right corner to close it.

Important: Make a note of the book.app mini site URL, the email address you enter and the password you set, as you'll need those to log into Ovatu Next

STOP HERE AND DO NOT CONTINUE! Do NOT click anything - just close the browser tab.

Your new account needs to remain completely empty so your data can be imported into it.

Step 3 - Email Ovatu

Email Ovatu at hello@ovatu.com and let us know you've been using the free version of Ovatu and would like to upgrade to a pro account, and that you've completed steps 1 and 2 above. We'll then reply with next steps.
