How do I add a Break to the Normal Hours Roster?
A Break is a period of time on the Roster which is blocked out in the Employee’s column, during which, availability will not show for that Employee.
A Break can be set in the Normal Hours Roster to appear on each day by default, or it can be set as a once-off Break (Task) using the Roster.
To add a Break to the Normal Hours Roster for an Employee, choose Roster from the left-hand menu
Using the Roster/Normal Hours toggle, select Normal Hours
Click Edit against the Employees’ name:
Click Edit, in the Breaks column
Complete the following fields, then click Add:
