How do I add a new Voucher?

To add a new Voucher, choose Manage > Vouchers

Click 

In the Voucher Tab complete the required fields:

Field	Description
Code	Enter a custom code ie 'XMAS20'
Name	Enter the name of the Voucher
Description	Enter a description of the Voucher
Discount Amount	Enter the discount amount  Select the $ symbol for a fixed discount amount  Select the % symbol for a percentage discount amount
Customer Type	Select from the drop down menu, if you would like this Voucher to be valid for: - All Customers - New Customers - Existing Customers - Selected Customer Segments
Multiple Service Mode	Specify how the Voucher is applied for multi service bookings - Any Valid Service: Apply the Voucher discount to all valid Services in the Reservation - Single, first service: Apply the Voucher discount only to the first valid Service in the Reservation - Single, lowest value service: Apply the Voucher discount only to the lowest value valid Service in the Reservation - Single, highest value service: Apply the Voucher discount only to the highest value valid Service in the Reservation
Reservation Limit	Enter the number of overall Reservations this Voucher is valid for eg Valid for the first 100 bookings For no Reservation Limit, leave this field blank
Reservation Limit Per Customer	Enter the number of Reservations one Customer can apply this Voucher to For no Reservation Limit Per Customer, leave this field blank
Minimum Spend	Enter the minimum value of one Reservation, before this Voucher can be applied For no Minimum Spend, leave this field black
Publish Start Date	Enter a start date for the Publication of this Voucher Please note: The Publish Date range date, is the date range during which this voucher is visible to the Customer and can be applied to a booking. This is not the same as the Valid Date
Publish End Date	Enter an end date for the Publication of this Voucher

In the Validity Period Tab, complete the required fields:

In the Services Tab, use the checkboxes to select which Services this Voucher is Valid for:

(Use the on/off toggle to select/deselect all)

In the Employees Tab, use the checkboxes to to select which Employees this Voucher is valid for:

(Use the on/off toggle to select/deselect all)

Click Save
