Applying a promo code
Once a promo code has been created, it can be applied to any appointment for which it is valid.
When creating the appointment, you will see the promo code appear in the Passes and promo codes section (if there is a valid promo code).
Choose the promo code you wish to apply, then proceed with confirming the appointment.
In the appointment window, you will see if a promo code has been applied, as it will appear in the Price section:
Similarly, if a customer creates an appointment online, they will be able to enter a valid promo code:
Your promo code also has unique links, which can be shared with customers, these are found by editing your promo code and clicking the Marketing tab.
When used, these links take the customer to your book.app mini site.
The promo code will be automatically applied, and only services which the promo code is valid for will be displayed.
