Creating a resource
A resource is something that is required, in order to provide a service, such as a room or a piece of equipment. For example, a Massage service might require a Massage Room.
When a resource is linked to a service, that service can only be booked when the resource is available. When the service is booked, the resource is also automatically booked.
Multiple resources can be grouped, and the group can be linked to a service. This tells the system to book any one of the resources in the group when that service is booked (but not all of them).
For example, you could have a 'Massage Rooms' group and link two resources (Massage Room 1 and Massage Room 2) to that group. Then, link the group to a Massage service. The system will only show availability for the Massage service when either Massage Room 1 or Massage Room 2 is available, and it will book either of those rooms for the appointment.
