iOS Management Functions
The Ovatu iOS App includes a number of iOS specific functions. These can be accessed by tapping on the Manage Icon.
FEEDBACK FUNCTIONS:
The Feedback section includes the following functions:

| App Manual | Tap here to access our range of Help Guides |
| Email Data File | Tap here to email a copy of your data to yourself or the Customer Success Team |
| Backup Data File | Tap here to place a full copy of your data file on your device as a back-up |
| Restore Data File | Tap here to restore and replace your existing data with the data from the back-up file |
| Manage Backup File | Tap here to Manage your backed up data |
OVATU PRO ACCOUNT:
The Ovatu Pro Account section includes the following functions:
| Location ID | View your Location ID |
| Logout / Login | Tap to log out or back in to your account using your Location ID and Password |
| Switch User | Tap Switch User to switch between users using a unique PIN identifier. PLEASE NOTE: this is only available if you have set PINs for your Employees, see How do I set/reset an Employee’s PIN? |
| Sync Now | Tap Sync Now to force a sync between your device and Ovatu's servers |
| Perfor Deep Sync | This function should only be used under instruction from a member of the Customer Success Team |
| Flush and Re-sync | This function should only be used under instruction from a member of the Customer Success Team |
| Last Sync Result | View how successful your most recent sync was |
| Dirty Object Count | This function should only be used under instruction from a member of the Customer Success Team |
| Health Check | Tap Health Check to run a health check on your device. Report any issues directly to the Customer Success Team |
| Open Web App | Tap here to access your Ovatu Web App through the browser on your device |
ADVANCED & APP INFO:
Advanced Settings should only be used under instruction from a member of the Customer Success Team.
The App Info section displays which version of the Ovatu iOS App you are currently running on your device.
SHORTCUTS:
The Shortcuts buttons (only on iPad, not iPhone) allow you to quickly access the App Manual, Email Data, Switch User, Health Check and Web App functions:
