How do I adjust/view the inventory settings for a Product?
To adjust/view the inventory settings for a Products, choose Manage > Products > List
Click the edit icon against the required Product
Here you can adjust/view the following fields:
Field | Description |
Inventory | Here you can view the currently inventory level for this Product To manually adjust the inventory level, click the Add or Remove buttons Choose Add to add stock Enter an Amount Select a Reason from the drop down menu Click Save Choose Remove to remove stock Enter an Amount Select a Reason from the drop down menu Click Save Your stock levels will be adjusted |
Supplier | Select a Supplier from the drop down menu Please note: you must first have created a Product Supplier |
Re-order level | Enter the level of stock at which you will create a Purchase Order |
Minimum order quantity | Enter the minimum amount of this Product that can be ordered via the Purchase Order |
History | Here you can view: - Manual stock adjustments - Sales containing this Product Click View Sale - Stock adjustments due to Purchase Orders Click View Purchase Order - Stock adjustments due to Stock Takes Click View Stock Take |
Click Save
