Sending a marketing campaign
You can send mass SMS and mass email marketing campaigns to all, or a select group of your customers.
To send a marketing campaign, please click:
- Marketing
- Campaigns, then
- New campaign
Select if you would like to send an SMS campaign or an Email campaign:
SMS CAMPAIGN
Enter the body of the SMS campaign and click Select customers
To select customers, either click the Select all checkbox, select individual customers from the list, or use the filter options on the left to choose a specific group of customers.
Only customers with valid phone numbers can be selected.
Once you're finished, click:
- Send preview - to send yourself a preview of the SMS (this will be sent your user phone number)
- Send SMS - when you're ready to send to your customers
The system will notify you how many SMSs sending the campaign will cost. If you don't have sufficient SMSs you'll be prompted to purchase more.
EMAIL CAMPAIGN
There is no additional cost to send an email campaign. Enter the 'Subject' and compose the body of your email, then click Select customers
To select customers, either click the Select all checkbox, select individual customers from the list, or use the filter options on the left to choose a specific group of customers.
Adding images to email campaigns
- Click on Upload attachment in the bottom section of the Create campaign window
- Add your image and click on the Attach button
- Place your cursor where you'd like the image to be, then hover over the saved image and click on Insert
- To resize the image or add a link or caption to it, select the image then click on the Image button above the body of the email
Once you're finished, click:
- Send preview - to send yourself a preview of the email (this will be sent to your user email address)
- Send email - when you're ready to send to your customers
