Adding a product
To add a new product please click:
- Manage
- Products, then
- New product
First customise the settings in the Details tab:
The Inventory tab allows you to view and edit the inventory count for the product.
Transactions that have changed the inventory count such as sales, purchase orders, stocktakes and manual modifications are listed.
The inventory countcan also be manually adjusted by selecting Add and Remove.
In the Purchase order tab, you can set the inventory count at which more of this product should be ordered, and the minimum order amount.

You can also create Product categories, Brands and Suppliers (used in the 'Purchase orders' tab) by selecting those tabs back in the Products menu.
The product will be listed on the Product page, where you can:
- Export a list of products
- Filter the products by Category, Brand and Supplier
- Edit products
- Duplicate products
- View the History of changes made to products
- Delete products
