Completing a stocktake
A stock take allows you to count your product inventory and adjust inventory levels accordingly.
To create a stock take please click:
- Manage
- Products,
- Stock take, then
- New stock take
Enter the name of the employee who is conducting the stock take and a description, then click New stock take.
Use the filters or search field to find products you wish to include in the stock take
To print a stock take click the Print button.
Once you have counted how many of each product you have, enter the amounts in the Stock take inventory fields and add any applicable notes, then click Save.
To finalise the stock take click Apply. Once the stocktake is applied, all stock inventory will be adjusted and you will no longer be able to edit the stock take.
All stock takes, and their status will appear in the Stock take tab on the Manage > Products page.
It is possible Edit and Delete open stock takes. Applied stock takes can only be Viewed.
