There are various reminders you can send to your customers, including:

  • Appointment reminders (SMS & email)
  • Review reminders (email)
  • Birthday messages (email)
  • Rebooking reminders (email)

These are generally enabled by clicking:

  1. Manage
  2. Reminders & Notifications
  3. The Reminders tab

APPOINTMENT REMINDERS

Choose if you would like these sent by email, SMS or both. To send SMS reminders, you will also need to purchase an SMS pack.

You can also customise the Reminder time, the SMS message and enable confirmations.

When Reminder confirmations enabled is toggled on, your customers can reply with a Y or a Yes to confirm they're attending, which adds an 'Attending' tag to the appointment.

REVIEW REMINDERS AND BIRTHDAY REMINDERS

Further down this page, you can also enable and customise:

  • Reminders for your customers to leave a review
  • Birthday messages

REBOOKING REMINDERS

So rebooking reminders can be customised for each service, they're set up in the service settings. To do this, click:

  1. Manage
  2. Services
  3. Edit
  4. then the Reminders tab

Here, you can also set the frequency of your review reminders.
