Retention report
The Retention Report displays how many customers with appointments on selected dates also have future appointments within a selected date range.
The appointments can be booked any way, they do not need to be for the same service or using the 'Rebook' option.
To open the Retention Report click:
- Reports, then
- Retention
You will see a list (with a breakdown by Employee or Service), showing how many customers:
- Have appointments booked on the selected dates.
- Have future appointments booked within the date range.
Click on Links for a more detailed list of these appointments.
Select Edit filters to filter the data in the report:
- Dates: The dates on which customers have appointmnets booked.
- Range: The date range within which customers have future appointments booked,.
