FILTERING THE SALES REPORT
Select Edit filters to filter which sales are included in the report:
- Dates: Select from Daily, Weekly, Monthly, Quarterly, Yearly or Custom.
- Employee: None shows sales data for all employees. Select an employee to only see their sales data.
- Employee Filter:
- Item includes only items in sales attributed to the filtered employee(s). For example if a sale includes multiple services provided by different employees, only services provided by the filtered employees are included.
- Sale includes all items in a sale when the employee noted at the top of the sale is filtered. All items in the sale are included, regardless of who provided the item.
Once the filters are applied you can use the arrows in the date field to move the date back and foward.

Products are attributed to the employee listed at the top of the sale by default. This is usually the employee who provided the service. To attribute a product sale to a different employee, edit the product listing in the sale.
Pass sales are attributed to the employee listed at the top of the sale by default. To attribute a pass sale to a different employee, edit the sale to change the employee noted at the top, or edit the pass listing in the sale.
Appointments paid for with a pass use are already paid for with the pass use. As they're paid they don't have a sale and therefore these appointments are not in the sales report. The actual payment for these appointments was received when the pass was sold. Appointments paid for with a pass use are recorded in the Appointments report.
