Creating an appointment

To create a new appointment:

  • Select Appointments in the left-hand menu
  • Click New Appointment in the top right of the screen, OR click in the column and time where you'd like to set the appointment, then click Appointment

1. Add a Customer to the appointment

  • Search for an existing customer or create a new customer
  • Use options to the right to add more info or open the customer file

2. Add Services

  • You can add multiple services
  • Expand to edit service info

3. Select Availability

  • Use the calendar to browse dates
  • Use the Manual option to override system availability

You will see additional options here to make the appointment Recurring or to add the customer to the Waitlist

4. Add a Pass or Promo Code (if relevant)

5. Add Notes

6. Click Confirm Appointment

The appointment will appear on your Appointments page
