Adding a customer

Customers can be added in many areas throughout the system. The main 3 are:

  1. On the Customers page
  2. When creating an appointment
  3. Importing a CSV file

ON THE CUSTOMERS PAGE

Click Customers from the left hand menu, then click New customer:

Complete the required details:

WHEN CREATING AN APPOINTMENT

Whilst creating an appointment, click on the New customer button on the right of the Customer field, or start typing in the Customer field, then click New customer in the drop-down menu:

Enter the customer details. Click Show more to display more settings or the Customer button to open the full customer profile:
