How do I sell a Pass? (Customer file view)

A Pass can be sold to a Customer in 2 ways:


You must first have created the Pass Type, see How do I create a Pass Type?


To sell a Pass from the Customer file, choose Manage > Customer > List 

Click on the Customer's name to open their file


Click on the list icon on the Passes section



Click +Add Pass to add a new Pass to this Customer



Select a Pass from the list of existing Pass Types



Click Save



Create a Sale by clicking the Shopping Trolley Icon 



Here you can:

  1. Add any other Product, Pass, Gift Card, or Customer Credit to the Sale
  2. Apply a Discount
  3. Add a Payment


You can also choose to:

  • Email the Sale to the Customer using the Send Email Checkbox
  • Print the Sale using the Print checkbox


Click Pay to add Payment to the Sale 

When you have completed the Sale, choose Close Sale 


To sell a Pass to your Customer, you must first have created the Pass Type, see How do I create a Pass Type?


To sell a Pass from a Customer file, tap Customers

Locate your Customer by typing the name into the search engine, or scroll the Customer List

Tap on the Customers' name, scroll down to the BALANCES section and tap Passes


A list of all current and expired Passes already purchased by this Customer will appear

Tap the + icon to add a Pass

A list of all Pass Types created on the system will appear


Select which Pass the Customer wishes to purchase

From here you can:

  • Edit the Expiry
  • Edit the Number of Uses remaining 


Tap Save then tap Create Sale

A Sale will appear, containing the new Pass in the Products section:


Proceed with adding any required items and payments to the Sale (see How do I add a Payment to a Sale?)

Then close the Sale

To sell a Pass from a Customer file, tap Customers

Locate your Customer by typing the name into the search engine, or scroll the Customer List

Tap on the Customers' name, followed by the CARDS / PASSES tab

Tap the + icon > Pass to add a New Pass


Select the relevant Pass from the drop-down menu in the Pass section. This field will be pre-filled with the first Pass in your Pass List


From here you can edit:

  • the price of the Pass
  • the number of Uses available on the Pass
  • the date the Pass expires


Make any edits and tap SAVE


The Pass will now show in the Passes section of the Customers' profile:


Tap directly on the Pass, then tap Create Sale


A Sale will appear, containing the new Pass in the Products section:


Proceed with adding any required items and payments to the Sale (see How do I add a Payment to a Sale?) then close the Sale
