Applying a pass

When a customer creates an appointment for a service that is enabled in a pass they own_,_ they do not pay for that appointment again. That service in that appointment is paid for with a pass 'use', which the system will apply automatically.

When you're creating an appointment for a service that is enabled in a pass the customer owns, you will see the pass automatically appear in the Passes and promo codes section, and that service will be paid for with a pass 'use'.

In the appointment window, you can see if a pass has been applied, as the pass will appear in the Price section:

Similarly, if a customer books an appointment online and they have a valid pass, they will see an option to pay for that appointment with a 'use' in their pass:
