Selling passes in-house

A pass must be set up first, before it can be sold to individual customers.


You can sell a pass in-house by:

  1. Creating the pass in the customer's profile and then adding it to a sale
  2. Adding the pass directly to a sale


1. Creating the pass in the customer's profile

  • Open the customer's profile page
  • Select the Passes tab, then
  • Click Add pass
  • Select the pass type and assign it to the currently selected customer or for it to be gifted (see below)


2. Adding the pass directly to a sale

You may find it faster to sell passes directly in a sale. To do this please click"

  • The down arrow next to Product, then
  • Add passes


Any existing, unpaid passes for this customer will appear here, you can select one of these to add it to the sale, or click Create a new pass to create a new pass for this customer


Passes can be purchased by someone for themselves or as a gift for someone else.

Purchasing a pass for themselves: 

The pass can be Assigned directly to the customer purchasing it. This means the pass will be immediately linked to the customer's profile.


Purchasing a a gift: 

The pass can be Gifted to a customer and you can enter the recipients details. The system will email the gifted pass to the recipient on the specified date. 

The pass will not be linked to the recipients customer profile until they view the email and follow the prompts to claim it.

Click Add pass when ready


Once the pass is added, it will appear in the sale


Passes assigned to customers are in their customer profile, and can be viewed by clicking:

  • Customers
  • The customer name, then
  • The Passes tab

Here you can:

  1. View/edit the pass
  2. View/create a sale
  3. Delete the pass


To see all passes for all customers, click

  • Manage
  • Passes, then
  • Customer passes

Use the Edit button to view/edit the pass

Passes that have been gifted appear with a Gift tag
