Cancellation reasons

Cancellation reasons allow you to collect customised information when cancelling appointments. 


They can appear as options when an appointment is cancelled:

  1. Internally by a team member, and 
  2. Online by a customer.


To create a cancellation reason, please click:

  • Manage
  • Services
  • Cancellation reasons, then
  • New cancellation reason

On this screen, you can also Edit, Delete and Reorder your cancellation reasons.


When creating your cancellation reason you can use the Display mode field to select if it appears:

  • Internally and to the customer online
  • Only internally
  • Only to the customer online


When cancelling an appointment internally, you will be able to select a cancellation reason by clicking the Cancel button within the appointment window:


When a customer cancels an appointment, they will be asked to select a cancellation reason:
