Creating a service

To create a new service, please click:

  • Manage
  • Services, then
  • New service

First, use the Details tab to input the service details****.**

Please note: For one-on-one services, select the 'Service Type' Single. To create a class, select Class.

On the Advanced timing tab, you can set up additional timing options for Duration, Processing and Finishing times, and Buffer Times.

On the Online booking tab, you can enable/disable online booking and override the standard deposit or card capture settings for this particular service.

On the Employees tab, you can select which employees can perform this service.

It is possible to override specific settings, such as Price and Duration, for individual employees.

This is explained further in the Overriding services for an employee help guide.

In the Resources tab, you can link a resource (such as a room) to this service.

To link a resource, click Add resource/group

In the Forms tab, you can link forms to the service and set them to be sent automatically.

To link a form to this service, please click Add form.

For more information on linking and automating forms, please see Automating a form.

In the Reminders tab, you can enable rebooking and review reminders for this service.

Back on the Services page, you can:

  1. Edit each service
  2. Duplicate it
  3. View its history
  4. Delete it

You can also filter your services by Category.
