Advanced timings for services

Advanced service timing allows you to be more flexible with the timing availability of your appointments, using:

  1. Processing times - time in the middle of a service where employee availability is freed up
  2. Buffer times - time before or after a service which is blocked out for turnaround tasks

Advanced timings can be set up by editing a service (Manage > Services > Edit).

Once set up, these additional timings are also visible in the 'Services' list.

When editing your service, select the Advanced timing tab.

Enter your timings here and Save them.

When an appointment is booked for a service with advanced timing, this will be reflected on you Appointments screen.

These timings can be editied within individual appointments by:

  • Opening the appointment by clicking on it
  • Clicking the Edit icon next to the service/s
  • Modifying the advanced timing fields
