Appointment statuses
An appointment status is a custom label (e.g. VIP) that you can add to an appointment.
This label appears on the appointment itself on the tile on the Appointments page.
To create an appointment status, please click:
- Manage
- Services
- Appointment status types, then
- New status type
On this screen you can also Edit, Delete or Reorder your appointment status types.
To apply an appointment status to an appointment, please open the appointment and click the Status dropdown menu to pick a status:
The status will be applied to the appointment and shown on the Appointments page:
