How do I customise my security settings?
To customise your Security settings, choose Account > Security
Complete the required fields:
| Field | Description |
| App PIN Required | Select this checkbox to activate the PIN function for the IOS and Android Apps |
| App PIN Timeout | Enter the IOS and Android App timeout duration in seconds |
| Web PIN Required | Select this checkbox to activate the PIN function for the Web App |
| Web PIN Timeout | Enter the Web App timeout duration in seconds |
| Disable Email Link Login | Select this checkbox to disable the ability to access your account via the links included in Ovatu system generated emails |
| Restrict Employee login IPs | If you would like to restrict which computers your employees are able to log in from, enter the IP address/es here One IP address per line |
| IP Blacklist | If you would like to ensure that specific computers are not able to log into Ovatu at all, enter the IP address/es here One IP address per line |
| Online Booking IP Blacklist | It's possible to block certain IP addresses from Online Booking Enter the IP address/es here, one IP address per line |
