What is the difference between Location login and Employee Login?

There are 2 ways to log in to your Ovatu Account:

1. Location login

The Location ID provides full access to all the data in the account and all administrative functions


2. Employee login

The Employee login provides limited account access, according to the Permissions settings for that employee

TO LOGIN IN WITH YOUR LOCATION ID:

On Ovatu.com click LOGIN > Location login


Enter the Location ID OR the email address as displayed in the Account > Settings page of your account, and your Location Password

Click SIGN IN

Your business name and logo (if you have uploaded one) will show in the top right corner of the page:



TO LOG IN AS AN EMPLOYEE: 

On Ovatu.com click LOGIN > Employee login


Enter your Employee ID OR the email address as noted in your Employee profile in Ovatu and the your Employee Password

Click SIGN IN

Your name as noted in your Employee profile in Ovatu and the business logo (if you have uploaded one) will show in the top right corner of the page:


The login used to create and edit Reservations and Sales is noted in the Reservation/Sale history. To view the history, open the Reservation or Sale and click on the History button. See How do I view the History of a Reservation?

TO LOGIN IN WITH YOUR LOCATION ID:

On your Ovatu app tap Account: Login


Ensure the Location tab is selected and enter your Location ID and Password. Then tap Login.

Your Location ID will show on the Manage Page


TO LOG IN AS AN EMPLOYEE: 

On your Ovatu app tap Account: Login


Ensure the Employee tab is selected and enter your Employee ID and Password. Then tap Login.

Your Employee ID will show on the Manage Page

In your Ovatu app ensure the Location option is selected and enter the Location ID OR the email address as displayed in the Account > Settings page of your account, and your Location Password, then tap on LOGIN >>

Your Location ID will show on the Manage Page


Your Location name and logo (if you have uploaded one) will also show at the top of the menu when you tap on the menu icon (3 lines) in the top left of the app



TO LOG IN AS AN EMPLOYEE: 

In your Ovatu app ensure the Employee tab is selected and enter your Employee ID OR the email address as noted in your Employee profile in Ovatu and your Employee Password, then tap LOGIN >>.


Your name as noted in your Employee profile in Ovatu will show at the top of the menu when you tap on the menu icon (3 lines) in the top left of the app
