I/my Employee can't login. What do I do?

If you are an Employee please ensure you select the Employee login option when logging in and use your Employee ID and Password. 


Employee ID's are found on the Manage > Employees > List page


If the information entered is showing as incorrect please contact the account owner and ask them to reset your password for you


This help guide explains how the account owner can reset your password and this help guide explains how they reset your PIN 

PLEASE NOTE: These actions can currently only be carried out via the web app




If you are the account owner please login with the Location login option and use your Location ID and location password. 


If the details entered are incorrect or you can't remember your password, you can reset your password on the login page by clicking Forgot password?


Alternatively, click on this link: https://ovatu.com/location/user/recovery

Enter your Location ID in the Reset your Password box and click on RESET PASSWORD

An email containing a password reset link will be sent to the email address listed in the Account Settings page in your account


To recover a forgotten Location ID, enter the email address associated with your Ovatu account in the Recover your Location ID box at https://ovatu.com/location/user/recovery

Click RECOVER LOCATION ID

An email containing your Location ID will be sent to you


If you are the account owner, you know your current password, but just want to change it, go to the Account > Settings page and click on the Change Password button

New ConfirmRe-enter your new password carefully, it must be repeated exactly
Revoke SessionsTick this checkbox to immediately log out all active Location logins

Click Change


If you are the account owner and know your current password, but just want to change your PIN, go to the Account > Settings page and click on the Change PIN button
