Getting started with online booking
All Ovatu accounts include their own customisable, online booking minisite (similar to this one).
This article will explain how you can quickly enable online booking. There are also many other things you can do with your minisite, including:
- Customise the look
- Take payments
- Sell gift cards
- Sell passes
- Leave reviews
- Let your customers log in
- Various other customisations
Your minisite link is found on the Minisite page towards the top.
On this page, you can enable online booking by selecting one or more of the following options:
- Online booking - This will enable a 'Book' page on your minisite, which allows customers to book appointments online
- Timetable - This will enable a 'Timetable' page, which will display all the classes you've scheduled for customers to book into
- Last minute - This will enable a 'Last minute' page which lists all available appointments for the upcoming week
You can customise these 3 options further by clicking:
- Minisite
- Pages
- Then the Booking tab
Here you can change the names of the tabs and add descriptions to them:
The pages you enable appear at the top of your minisite:
