Minimising gaps for online bookings

The Minimise Gaps setting is a way to make fewer appointments appear available for online booking.

It is used to:

  1. make your schedule look busier
  2. reduce awkward gap times between appointments

To enable gap minimisation, please click:

  • Mini-site, then
  • Minimise Gaps

Enable the toggle, then configure the options to suit your unique needs.

It is possible to override these minimise gaps settings for each employee.

To do this, click:

  • Manage
  • Employees
  • then Edit next to the employee's name
  • select the Minimise gaps tab

Here you can make changes to the minimise gaps settings that will apply to this employee only. All other employees will follow the global minimise gaps settings.
