How do I reset a Customers' password?
A Customers' password can be reset from two places:
- From the Customer list
- From the Customer file
From the Customer list
To reset a Customers' password from the Customer list, choose Customers > List
Click the Reset Password icon against the Customers' name
Complete the following fields:
Field | Description |
Password | Enter the new password |
Confirm | Re-enter the new password |
Send Email | Select this checkbox to send the Customer an email advising them that their password has been reset |
Click Reset
From the Customer file
To reset a Customers' password from the Customer file, choose Customers > List
Click on the Customers' name
Click on the Actions button
Click Reset Password
Complete the required fields
Click Reset
