How do I add a new Customer?
A new Customer can be added in two places:
- From the Customer List
- When creating a new Reservation [See: How do I create a new reservation?]
From the Customer List
To add a new Customer from the Customer List, choose Customer > List
This screen is a list of all of the Customers in your account.
Click Add Customer
Complete the required fields in the Customer tab and Address tab
Click Save
When creating a new Reservation
To add a new Customer when creating a new Reservation choose Bookings and click New Reservation
Enter the required Customer details in the New Customer column
Click Save and proceed with the Reservation [See: How do I create a new Reservation?]
