How do I view, edit, delete, print or email a Customer's Forms?

To view a Customer's completed Forms, open the Customer file by choosing Customers > List

Click on the Customer's name 


Scroll down to the Forms section to view the Customer's Forms


To Edit

Click the Edit icon 

Complete the changes, and click Save 

Please note, to be able to edit a completed Form, the Form Permissions must be set to Open, see How do I create a new Form?


To Print

Click the Print icon 


To Email

To email a customer a copy of their completed form, click the while Email icon 


To Delete

Click the Delete icon 

Click OK

To view a Customer's completed Forms, locate and tap on the Customer in the Customer list, then scroll down to FORMS


Tap on a specific Form or See all Forms:


Tap the Action Icon at the top of the form:


To Edit

Tap Edit, (or tap directly on the Form)

Complete the changes and tap Save

Please note: to be able to edit a completed Form, the Forms Permissions must be set to Open, see How do I create a new Form?


To Delete

Tap Delete, then tap Confirm


To Email

Tap Email. This form will be sent to the email address of the customer


To Request Update

Tap Request Update. The customer will be emailed a request to update the details in this form.


To Print

Printing a Form can be done using the web app

To view a Customer's Forms, locate and tap on the Customer in the Customer list, then tap on the FORMS tab


Scroll through the list to view any Forms associated with this Customer


Requested Forms awaiting completion are tagged with an orange Requested tag


Forms will be displayed in order, most recent first


To Edit

Please note: to be able to edit a completed Form, the Forms Permissions must be set to Open, see How do I create a new Form?


Long-tap on the Form you wish to edit and tap Edit


Complete the changes and tap SAVE


To Delete

Long-tap on the relevant Form and tap Delete > YES, DELETE


To Email

Long-tap on the relevant Form and tap Email. This form will be sent to the email address of the customer


To Request Update

Long-tap on the relevant Form and tap Request Update. The customer will be emailed a request to update the details in this form.


To Print

Printing a Form can only be done using the web app
