How do I set a Customers' marketing preferences?
To set a Customers marketing preferences, choose Customers > List
Click the Edit icon against the Customer name
Click on the Marketing tab
Fields | Description |
Send Notifications | These setting affect how your Customer will receive system-generated notifications: None - the Customer will not receive any notifications All - the Customer will receive both Email and SMS notifications Email Only - the Customer will receive Email notifications only SMS Only - the Customer will receive SMS notifications only The below two options relate to reminders: Email Preferred - in the case where a reminder is sent via email and SMS, the Customer can opt to receive via email SMS Preferred - in the case where a reminder is sent via email and SMS, the Customer can opt to receive via SMS |
Allow Online Booking | Selecting this checkbox allows the Customer to book online |
Mass Email Unsubscribed | Selecting this checkbox unsubscribes the customer from mass emails. A mass email will not go to this Customer |
Mass SMS Unsubscribed | Selecting this checkbox unsubscribes the customer from mass SMS's. A mass SMS will not go to this Customer |
Make your selections and click Save
