How do I add Customers to the Waitlist?

You can add Customers to the Waitlist via the internal Reservation process [See How do I create a new Reservation?]


You can also activate the Waitlist feature for Online Booking [See How do I customise my Online Booking settings?]


To add a Customer to the Waitlist via the internal Reservation process, click Waitlist when you reach the Availability screen

Enter in the required information:

FieldDescription
Enable email notifications**COMING SOON**
Select this checkbox to enable the Customer to receive a notification once their required time slot becomes available 
Start DateEnter the start of the date range of the Customer availability
End Date
Enter the end of the date range of the Customer availability
Send EmailSelect this checkbox to send the Customer an email notifying them that they have been added to the Waitlist
DaySelect checkbox against the day/s of Customer availability
Enter a Start Time of the Customer availability
Enter an End Time of Customer availability

Click Add to Waitlist

Click Close
