How do I add Customers to the Waitlist?
You can add Customers to the Waitlist via the internal Reservation process [See How do I create a new Reservation?]
You can also activate the Waitlist feature for Online Booking [See How do I customise my Online Booking settings?]
To add a Customer to the Waitlist via the internal Reservation process, click Waitlist when you reach the Availability screen
Enter in the required information:
| Field | Description |
| Enable email notifications | **COMING SOON** Select this checkbox to enable the Customer to receive a notification once their required time slot becomes available |
| Start Date | Enter the start of the date range of the Customer availability |
| End Date | Enter the end of the date range of the Customer availability |
| Send Email | Select this checkbox to send the Customer an email notifying them that they have been added to the Waitlist |
| Day | Select checkbox against the day/s of Customer availability Enter a Start Time of the Customer availability Enter an End Time of Customer availability |
Click Add to Waitlist
Click Close
