How do I check a Customer in?

To check a Customer in (to a Single Reservation), locate the Reservation on the Bookings screen, and click on it to open it

Click the blue Check-in button

The Status field will display as Checked in

You can click the [x] against the Checked in status to remove it

The Reservation entry on the Bookings screen will also be marked with the Checked in Status

To check a Customer in (to a single Reservation), locate the Reservation on the Bookings screen and tap to open it


Tap Customer Check-in


Tap Check in Manually, then Tap Done


A blue Checked-in tag will appear in the Reservation tile


To remove the checked-in tag, tap on the reservation and tap on the checked in (x) tag in the Status field, then tap Yes, Undo

To check a Customer in (to a single Reservation), click on the Reservation on the Bookings screen to open it


Tap Check-in


Tap YES, CHECK-IN


A blue Checked-in tag will appear in the Reservation tile:


To remove the checked-in tag, tap on the reservation and tap on the checked in (x) tag in the Status field


Tap Yes, Undo
