How do I edit or change the Customer on a Reservation?

To edit or change the Customer on a Reservation, go to the Bookings screen, and click on the Reservation to open it:


TO EDIT:

Click the Edit button 

Complete the required changes and click Save


TO CHANGE:

Click the Change button 

Change the Customer by using the drop down arrow to select another exisiting Customer, or by using the '+' to create a new Customer:



Click Save

To edit or change the Customer on a Reservation, go to the Bookings screen, and tap on the Reservation to open it


TO EDIT:

Tap the Customer name in the CUSTOMER section

Complete the required changes and tap Save


TO CHANGE:

Tap the i icon in the CUSTOMER section > Change Customer


Change the Customer by searching for an existing Customer or creating a new Customer

Tap Save

To edit the Customer on a Reservation, go to the Bookings screen, and tap on the Reservation to open it

Tap on the Customer's name


Tap on EDIT, make the required changes and tap SAVE


The Customer linked to a Reservation can only be changed in the web and iOS apps
