How do I create a (once off) Class Reservation?

To create a Class Reservation, you must first create a Group Service

[see What is Group Service?]

From the Bookings screen, click the drop down arrow against New Reservation and select Class

A screen containing a list of all your Group Services will appear

Use the Search field to find the Service, and select the checkbox against the Service you would like to schedule

By selecting the Service, a drop-down menu of Employees will appear

Keep the selection as Any to show time options for any available employee or,

Select a specific employee form the drop down list

It is possible to override the Duration of the Service

Click Availability

Use the ForwardsBackwards or Calendar icons to view required dates 

Select a time from the available time slots by clicking Select

It is possible to manually override the available time slots by using the Enter Manually option

Please note: this option disregards system calculated availability and allows double-booking

The following screen will appear:

This Customer has specifically requested this Employee

This is a new Customer
New Client Request - 
This is a New Customer specifically requesting this Employee
Transient
 - This is a transient Customer who does not have a preference of Employee
PriceIt is possible to override the Service price here
Max CustomersIt is possible to override the maximum Customers for this Service here
Notes
Add any required notes here

Click Confirm

The Reservation screen will appear

Exit this screen by clicking Close

The Reservation will now appear on you Bookings screen

You are now able to book Customers into the Class Reservation

To create a Class Reservation, you must first create a Group Service

(see What is Group Service?)


From the Bookings screen, tap New Reservation and select Class


A popup containing a list of all your Group Services will appear


Use the search bar or tap directly on the Service in the list to schedule your class 


Tap Employee to select a specific Employee from the list OR select Any for any employee

The Duration, Processing and Finishing times can be edited if required by tapping on each individually and using the scrolling timer.

Tap Continue


Select the date via the horizontal scrolling calendar, and choose the time from the list of availability


It is possible to manually override time slots by using the Enter Manually option

Please note: this option disregards system calculated availability and allows double-booking


The Confirmation pop-up will appear:

If required:

Tap on the Price to override the price

Tap on Notes to add or edit notes

Tap Max Customers to override the maximum number of customers able to book in

Select Request Type from the options available

Tap Confirm


Your one-off Class will now appear on the Bookings Screen:


You are now able to book customers into the Class Reservation. See How do I book Customers into a Class Reservation?

To create a Class Reservation, you must first create a Group Service (see What is Group Service?)


From the Bookings screen, tap the + Icon and select Class


A box containing a list of all your Group Services will appear


Use the search bar or tap directly on the Service in the list to schedule your class 


Tap Employee: Any to select a specific Employee from the list OR select Any for any employee


Edit the Duration (Dur:)Processing (Proc:) and Finishing (Fin:) times (see What is ‘Processing’ and ‘Finishing’ time?) if necessary, by tapping on each individually and using the scrolling timer


Tap CONTINUE


Make a selection from the list of Today's availability OR select the date using the Calendar arrows < > or Calendar Icon



Review the reservation in the Confirmation Box:


From here you can:

  • Tap on the Price to override the price
  • Tap on Notes to add or edit notes
  • Tap Max Customers to override the maximum number of customers able to book in
  • Select Request Type from the options available


Tap CONFIRM


Your one-off Class will now appear on the Bookings Screen on the correct day, with the relevant Employee


You are now able to book customers into the Class Reservation (see How do I book Customers into a Class Reservation?)
