How do I create a (Timetable) Class Reservation?

To create a Class Reservation on the Timetable, go to the Bookings screen and select Timetable from the Day/Week/Timetable toggle 

Please note: you must first have created a Group Service [see What is Group Service?]

Click New Reservation 

Use the Search field to find the Service, and select the checkbox against the Service you would like to schedule

By selecting the Service, a drop-down menu of Employees will appear

Select a specific employee from the drop down list

It is possible to override the Duration of the Service

Click Availability

Select a Timetable Day and Start Time

Click Continue

Add any required notes here

Click Confirm

The Reservation screen will appear

To create a Class Reservation on the Timetable, go to the Bookings screen and tap Timetable from the Schedule/Timetable toggle

Please note: you must first have created a Group Service (see What is Group Service?)


You can create a Timetabled Class Reservation by either:

1. Tapping on New Reservation

2. Tapping directly on the time in the Bookings screen, where you would like to add the Reservation


Use the Search bar or tap directly on the Service in the list to select & schedule your class on the Timetable


Tap Employee to select a specific Employee from the list OR select Any for any employee

The Duration, Processing and Finishing times can be edited if required by tapping on each individually and using the scrolling timer.

Tap Continue


Select the day of the week and time for your timetabled class reservation.

Please note: the system does not check for double bookings while creating timetabled reservations


The Confirmation pop-up will appear:

If required:

  • Tap on the Price to override the price
  • Tap on Notes to add or edit notes
  • Tap Max Customers to override the maximum number of customers able to book in
  • Select Request Type from the options available

Tap Confirm


The Class will now appear on your Timetable

Timetabled Class Reservation is a weekly recurring Group Service, at the same time and day each week. To create a Timetabled Class Reservation you first need to have created the Group Service. (see What is Group Service?)


From the Booking Screen, tap the + Icon > Timetable Class


Select from your list of Group Services (Classes)


From here you can edit the Employee and the Duration, Processing and Finishing times of the Group Service if necessary. The Employee will be set to the first Employee in your Employee list by default:



Tap CONTINUE


Select the day of the week you want to schedule your Group Service by tapping the drop-down arrow. It will be set to Monday by default


Select the start time by tapping the drop down arrow and using the clock function. It will be set to 9am by default


Tap CONTINUE



From here you can:

  • add Notes
  • edit the Customer Maximum 
  • Price


Tap CONFIRM


Please note: the system does not check for double bookings while creating timetabled reservations


The Class will now appear on your Booking page:


The Group Service booking tile will be tagged with a green and white circular arrow. This denotes that this is a recurring (Timetabled) Service
