How do I create a new Reservation?

New Reservations are created on the Bookings screen, by:

  1. Clicking the New Reservation button in the top right hand corner  or,
  2. Clicking directly on the time in the Bookings screen, where you would like to add the Reservation

THEN...

EITHER

Select from the list of Existing Customers on the left, or by using the Search field, and clicking Select against the Customer name

OR

Enter New Customer details on the right side

Click Save

When making a Reservation for an existing Customer, it is possible to rebook from their Reservation history in the Recent Reservations field:

Click Rebook

ALTERNATIVELY

Search for a Service using the Search field or,

Select a Service from the list using the checkbox against the Service name

It is possible to select multiple Services

By selecting a service, a drop-down menu of Employees will appear

Keep the selection as Any to show options for any available employee or,

Select a specific employee from the drop down list

It is possible to override the Duration of the Service

Click Availability

Use the ForwardsBackwards or Calendar icons to view required dates

Select a time from the available time slots by clicking Select

It is possible to manually override the available time slots by using the Enter Manually option

Please note: this option disregards system calculated availability and allows double-booking

The following screen will appear:

Send New EmailSelect this checkbox to send the Customer a Reservation Confirmation email

Click Confirm

The Reservation screen will appear

Exit this screen by clicking Close

The Reservation will now appear on your Bookings screen

New Reservations are created on the Bookings screen


You can create a Reservation by either:

1. Tapping on New Reservation and selecting Service or Class

2. Tapping directly on the time in the Bookings screen, where you would like to add the Reservation


Search existing Customer List by typing the customer's name into the search bar OR enter details of a New Customer in the pop-up box and tap Save


Select the Service from the Recent Reservations list of an existing customer OR scroll down for a full list of Service options

Tap Employee: Any if you want to specify which Employee carries out the service. Select the required Employee from the list presented

Tap Continue


Select date/time from the list of availability

It is possible to manually override the available time slots by using the Enter Manually option. Please note: this option disregards system-calculated availability and allows double-booking


The following Confirmation pop-up box will appear:


From here you can add notes, select whether the customer receives an email confirmation of their booking (this is enabled by default), and select the reservation Request Type

Review the reservation and tap Confirm. The Reservation will appear on the Bookings screen

2. Tapping directly on the time in the Bookings screen, where you would like to add the Reservation


Search your existing Customer List by typing the customer's name into the search bar OR tap the + icon to add a New Customer


Select the Service from the Recent Reservations list of an existing customer OR scroll down for a full list of Service options


Tap Employee: Any if you want to specify which Employee carries out the service. Select the required Employee from the list presented
