How do I book Customers into a Class Reservation?

To book Customers into a Class Reservation, you must first create the Class Reservation

There are two way to book a Customer into a Class Reservation

  1. By opening the Reservation
  2. Using the New Reservation prompts

By opening the Reservation

Locate the Reservation on the Bookings screen and click on it to open it


Click Attendees

Click Add Customer

Use the Search to select an existing Customer from the list, or enter a New Customer

Click Save

Click Close

The Attendees will now appear on the Bookings screen

Using the New Reservation Prompts

New Reservations are created on the Bookings screen, by clicking the New Reservation button in the top right hand corner 

Use the Search function to select an existing Customer from the list, or enter a New Customer

Click Save

Locate the scheduled Group Service from the list by using the Search and selecting the checkbox

Click Availability

Only scheduled instances of this Service will appear

Select from the available time/s

Complete the fields if required, and click Confirm

The Customer will be added to the list of Attendees for this Group Service

The new Attendee will also be reflected on the Bookings screen

To book Customers into a Class Reservation (either a once off, or a timetabled one), you must first create the Class Reservation 

(see How do I create a (once off) Class Reservation?  or How do I create a (Timetable) Class Reservation?)


You can book a Customer onto a Class Reservation by tapping directly onto the Reservation tile in the Schedule or Timetable


Scroll down to Customers and tap on the arrow


Tap the + icon and search for your customer by typing his/her name into the search bar


Tap on the Customer, then tap Save

OR

Enter New Customer details in the Select Customer popup box and tap Save


The Class tile on the schedule will now show an increased number of attendees

To book Customers into a Class Reservation you must first create the Class Reservation (see How do I create a (once off) Class Reservation?  OR How do I create a (Timetable) Class Reservation?)


You can book a Customer onto a Class Reservation by tapping directly onto the Reservation tile in the Booking Schedule 


Tap on Attendees


Tap the + icon


Search for the Customer name in the search field OR select the Customer from the list


Here you can:

  • add Notes
  • send an email notification to the Customer (set as default)
  • set the Request Type


Tap CONFIRM

Tap ADD to add a further attendee


The Class tile on the schedule will now show an increased number of attendees
